I loved The Book Thief book. This might be one of the few books I enjoyed reading. I also loved the movie. Also, it had the actor of Hector Barbossa Geoffrey Rush from Pirates of the Caribbean. That is the first movie I am watching that is not a pirates movie. I thought the movie was outstanding but they missed quite a bit from the book. Overall, I loved the movie. It tells Lisel Meminger's story and how living with the Hubermanns changed her life. I can’t say which one is better at the moment because I love the movie and book equally. Later on, I might change my mind but for now, I like both the book and the movie. Don’t see the movie first, read the book.
