I watched Elemental recently and it turns out that it wasn’t a bad movie. I know Pixar/Disney is in a rough patch right now and they released Inside Out 2 (a movie I want to see) which turned out to be another Pixar success. I’ll go more about Inside Out 2 another time. I like to think that Elemental is kind of a scientific movie because it has water, fire, clouds, different types of minerals etc. I liked Elemental just like any Pixar movie because it made me laugh, and cry, and because of the new Disney logo intro at the beginning of the movie because it’s their 100th anniversary. Also, I found it really crucial because it gives you a very important life lesson which is it doesn’t matter what your parents think you choose your own path and make your own decisions and you need to be brave and stand up for yourself no matter the cost. This is unlike most Pixar movies because this is kind of like a coming-of-age movie and it really lets you think about the future and what your plans are as well. It’s a really good movie and I encourage you to watch it if you didn’t I think you’d enjoy it as much as I did.
